At Cosz Cotton, we take great pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like customized/altered suits or items sold during “Final Clearance” sales are not eligible for return.
2. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To protect against transit damage or missing items, we strongly recommend filming a clear, unedited unboxing video. In the absence of an unboxing video, the Company reserves the right to reject claims for physical damage or missing components.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us via email at [Insert Support Email] or WhatsApp at +91 9103427097 with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner (Shadowfax).
- Self-Ship: In certain pin codes where pickup is unavailable, you may be required to ship the product back to us. We will reimburse a flat shipping fee of ₹100 upon successful quality check.
4. Quality Check (QC)
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality check at our Jammu warehouse. If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 7–10 business days of the QC approval.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
- Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the exchange is subject to stock availability. The first exchange for any order is free; subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a nominal shipping fee.
7. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
- Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving it.
