All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. 3.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical errors.
4. Payments and Shipping
4.1. We accept various payment modes, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and select Wallets. 4.2. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on your location (standard delivery is 5–7 business days). 4.3. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1. Return Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. 5.2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all brand tags intact. 5.3. Defective Products: In case of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/videographic evidence (unboxing video). 5.4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Frazerkart OPC Private Limited or its content suppliers. 6.2. Unauthorized use of the brand name Cosz Cotton or our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, J&K.
